About this dataset
The American Community Survey (ACS) Housing Unit 5-Year Estimates spreadsheet provides data on the number and characteristics of housing units at the Census Block Group level across three counties in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area—Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery. It includes information on whether housing units are occupied or vacant, and for occupied units, whether they are owner-occupied or renter-occupied. These estimates are based on five years of survey data collection, enabling analysis of small geographic areas for housing market patterns.
